-          Whole eggs

-          Sliced onions

-          Sliced red/green bell peppers

-          Sliced mushrooms

-          Green asparagus

-          Sliced all vegetables, sauté with olive oil.

-          Mix the whole eggs with the vegetables, cook through.

   -          Present as per the picture.

   -          Add the side dish as per Guest order
